Within the United States, add $2.50 for the first book and $1.00 for each additional - paperback or hardback! (large orders will cost less - contact me first for price quote for orders over 3 books!) They will be shipped "book rate" which takes between 1 to 3 weeks depending on how far you live from me (Oregon).

If you'd like faster service, it is $4.80 for priority mail for the first paperback book. (email first for exact rates for priority shipping for additional books and hardbacks)
